Processing time

Orders placed before the daily cutoff on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Typical domestic delivery is 1 to 3 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Packaging

All orders ship discreetly. Where a compound requires it, appropriate cold-chain or protective packaging is used to preserve product integrity in transit.

Changing your delivery address

You can change the delivery address on an order yourself, at any time before it leaves us. There are three ways in:

• The order confirmation pageshown right after you check out — look for “Delivery address”.
• The “Change it here” link in your order confirmation email. This one needs no sign-in and stays active for 14 days.
• Your account, under Order history— orders that can still be changed show a “Change address” link.

If your order has already been passed to our shipping team but no label has been printed, you can still change it. We'll send them the new address and flag it for a check, and we'll contact you if anything cannot be changed in time.

Once a shipping label has been created, the address on it is fixed and we can no longer change it from the website. Contact uswith your order number as soon as you can — if the parcel has not yet been collected, we may be able to intercept it.

Your saved address under Addresses is a default for future orders. Changing it does not redirect an order you have already placed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information is provided so you can follow delivery progress.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders above the published threshold qualify for free Standard shipping — expedited options (2-Day and Overnight) are always charged at their normal rate.
